طلب حذف الحساب والبيانات — فور تو قو (For To Go)

هذه الصفحة مخصّصة لمستخدمي تطبيق فور تو قو.

كيف تطلب حذف حسابك
1. افتح تطبيق فور تو قو.
2. ادخل إلى الحساب وتواصل مع الدعم عبر رقم خدمة العملاء داخل التطبيق.
3. اطلب صراحةً: أريد حذف حسابي وجميع بياناتي.
4. عرّف حسابك برقم الجوال أو البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل.

ما الذي يُحذف
نحذف بيانات الحساب (الاسم، البريد، رقم الجوال)، العناوين، توكن الإشعارات، ورصيد المحفظة المرتبط بالحساب.

ما الذي قد يُحتفظ به لفترة
سجلات الطلبات والمدفوعات قد تُحفظ للمدة التي تتطلبها المحاسبة أو الأنظمة في المملكة، ثم تُحذف أو تُزال منها الهوية. لا نحتفظ برقم بطاقتك الكامل (الدفع عبر ميسر).

بعد استلام طلب صالح نبدأ المعالجة عادة خلال 30 يوماً.

This page is for users of the For To Go app.

How to request deletion of your account
1. Open the For To Go app.
2. Go to Account and contact support using the in-app customer support number.
3. Clearly ask: Please delete my account and all associated data.
4. Identify the account with the registered phone number or email.

What is deleted
We delete account details (name, email, phone), saved addresses, push tokens, and the wallet linked to the account.

What may be kept for a period
Order and payment records may be retained as required for accounting or Saudi regulations, then deleted or anonymized. We do not store your full card number (payments go through Moyasar).

After a valid request we start processing typically within 30 days.
