الشروط والأحكام — فور تو قو

باستخدامك تطبيق فور تو قو، فإنك توافق على الشروط التالية:

1. الطلبات والدفع
عند تأكيد الطلب فإنك توافق على دفع المبلغ المستحق عبر الطريقة التي اخترتها (نقداً عند الاستلام، المحفظة، أو البطاقة).

2. المحفظة
رصيد المحفظة غير قابل للسحب ويُستخدم فقط داخل التطبيق لشراء الطلبات. يتم رد المبالغ إلى المحفظة فقط عند رفض الطلب من قبل الفرع.

3. التوصيل والاستلام
رسوم التوصيل تُحسب حسب المسافة. قد يُقفل الطلب مؤقتاً إذا كانت جميع الفروع مشغولة أو غير متاحة.

4. الإلغاء
لا يمكن للعميل إلغاء الطلب بعد وضعه. الإلغاء واسترداد المحفظة يتمان فقط عبر رفض الكاشير للطلب.

5. البيانات
نحمي بياناتك ونستخدمها لتقديم الخدمة وتحسين التجربة فقط.

Terms & Conditions — For To Go

By using the For To Go app, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders & payment
When you confirm an order you agree to pay the amount due via your chosen method (cash on delivery, wallet, or card).

2. Wallet
Wallet balance is non-withdrawable and may only be spent in-app. Refunds are credited back to the wallet only when a branch cashier rejects the order.

3. Delivery & pickup
Delivery fees are calculated by distance. Checkout may be temporarily locked if every branch is busy or unavailable.

4. Cancellation
Customers cannot cancel an order after it is placed. Cancellation and wallet refund happen only when the cashier rejects the order.

5. Data
We protect your data and use it only to provide and improve the service.
